Founded in 1989, Kormakitis FC is more than just a football team; it’s a symbol of community and resilience. The club was created from the unification of three Maronite clubs in Cyprus, reflecting the strong bonds within the Maronite community on the island. While based in the Keryneia District, the club has a special connection to the village of Kormakitis, its namesake and a cherished part of its heritage. The team’s journey through various Cypriot leagues, including two participations in the Cypriot Fourth Division, showcases its fighting spirit and dedication to the sport.
